At Edgelands, our Made on Gigha collection brings you the highest quality, authentic Gighan made products featuring sustainably harvested wild foods and home grown produce from our farmland at North Ardminish.

All our products are handmade in small batches using the finest ingredients, all gathered, reared and cultivated on the Isle of Gigha to be in touch with the seasons and the wild landscapes of our island home. 

While our regenerative farming practices aim to produce a unique selection of foods and flowers through careful and attentive connections to both land and sea, our collaborations with island and coastal based artisan producers showcase a shared passion across geographies for cultivating a more just, sustainable future.
